About our Medi Matrix Data Services

Founded by Ms. Indu Basu in 2012, with an aim to do data collection and analysis for healthcare purposes, and demographic mapping, which is the need of the hour for both private healthcare providers and government healthcare agencies.
Years of Experience
The Founder, Ms. Indu Basu has 27+ years of work experience, starting her career in 1992 in MNCs like British Airways and American Express, in ITeS, as a Change Management Specialist, handling Systems Migrations and Process Improvement Operations worldwide for these companies. Her introduction to Healthcare ITeS happened when she worked for Merck & Company, in Pennsylvania, USA. Carrying her experience forward, Indu has been involved in Electronic Health Records, and Digitization of Health Data for Analytics, as a consultant in several companies like ONGC and Hospitals Sir Gangaram Hospital, throughout India, since 2010, and then founded MediMatrix Data Services, as an extension of her knowledge of EHR technology in the Public Healthcare domain. - BA (Hons) Economics degree from Delhi University,
- Diploma in Computer Programming in C++ from Delhi,
- Certification in Corporate Psychology from Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA
- MBA in Marketing from Asian Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi.
