MediMatrix Data Services takes you into a new level of homecare for your ageing family members or those who need short term or long term medical assistance. Our staffs are fully trained by Nurses and Medical practitioners to handle basic needs of patients and mentally unstable individuals. While taking care of their daily needs, these assistants are fully trained to do the basic medical checks required for keeping the medical records updated so that any further visits to doctors or in emergencies, your medical attendant is fully equipped to handle questions from the doctor on duty to the paramedics about the patient, even in your absence.
Our training is fairly rigorous spanning over 2 months where they are given classroom sessions and then made to do practical sessions as well. Once they have cleared both exams, do they qualify to be let out to customers who will entrust their dear ones in their care.
Our staffs can read and write to know different medicines, keep logs of medicines aided by our office, monitor food intake and fluid intake as per doctor’s advice, giving you the peace of mind of having control over what is going on while you are busy elsewhere. Our supervisory staffs are constantly on rounds to make surprise visits to make sure the staffs are following through with the prescribed regimen, while continuous feedback from the patient and the family is essential to keep our services up to standard.
We don’t just provide medical attendants; we provide home care for your loved ones.
